Robert's Lawn Mowing

Services

Everything I do —in plain English.

I’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Same Robert, same morning, every week. Sharp blades, clean stripes, walks blown clean before I leave.

It's just me. I mow your yard the same morning every week so you stop having to think about it. Blades stay sharp (I sharpen them myself), cut height changes with the season so St. Augustine and Bermuda hold moisture through a Houston summer, and the walks and drive get blown clean every visit before I drive off.

  • Edging & Trimming

Power-edged borders, careful trim around fences and beds, blower pass to finish.

Crisp edges along beds, walks, and the drive every visit — not just when it gets out of hand. String-trim around the fence line, the AC unit, the mailbox post, and the back of the yard where the mower can’t reach. One last blower pass so nothing carries to the patio or the street.

  • Pressure Washing

Driveways, walkways, fence panels, patios — surface-cleaner finish, no streaks.

Houston humidity coats concrete in algae and the fence line in mildew. I pressure-wash with a surface cleaner so the driveway comes out even (no zebra stripes), do soft-wash on cedar fence panels and siding, and post-treat with a mildewcide so it stays clean longer than a one-shot blast would.

  • Bed Maintenance

Hand-pull weeds, refresh mulch, keep the front beds looking like someone tends them.

Hand-pulled weeds (no glyphosate near edibles or where the dog eats grass), seasonal trim on perennials timed to the plant rather than a calendar date, and a fresh mulch top-up every spring and fall. Front yards in Champions / Cy-Fair / Bellaire all read better with two inches of fresh mulch and a clean edge.

  • Spring & Fall Resets

Two big visits a year — leaves, sticks, dead growth out; mulch and edges reset.

A full-property reset twice a year. Spring: cut back perennials, clear winter debris, edge beds, refresh mulch. Fall: bag leaves, blow out beds and gutters from the ground, cut back what wants cutting, prep the lawn for the cool months. After named storms I add a debris run if it makes sense.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
